Collectable LEGO Minifigure Series 7 has arrived!
The newest gang of LEGO Collectable Minifigures have rocked up to Firestar headquarters in the shape of the very exciting Series 7! The minifigures in this release draw on influences from sci-fi, mythology, historical characters and good ol’ everyday life. LEGO Aztec Warrior spends all day long in the fierce sun defending the Aztek Empire’s Gold. His powerful Eagle Knight status is symbolised by his impressive beaked helmet and feathered shield. He fights long and hard all day against the seemingly endless stream of enemies.. Aztek gold is a rather popular treasure to try and steal apparently!
The LEGO Bagpiper loves his bagpipes even more than his tartan kilt and bonnet, and that’s saying something! Bagpiping is a long standing family tradition, going all the way back to many great great grandfathers ago when the instrument first arrived in bonny Scotland. Not everyone is very appreciative of the Bagpipers music, but that doesn’t stop him playing!
Beaming with happiness on her big day, LEGO Bride can’t believe her wedding has finally arrived! Months of planning.. cake testing, flower arranging and dress choosing have paid off and everything looks perfect, she just has her fingers crossed that everything goes to plan!
Why wear boring ‘normal’ clothes when you can dress like a giant bunny? Indeed, the LEGO Bunny Suit Guy does just that, bouncing up and down with his furry ears swaying in the breeze as he goes about his day. Luckily he rather likes vegetables, as carrots are the main thing on the menu for this fluffy suited minifigure! Why, I hear you ask? We aren’t sure.. and to be honest, neither is he!
The LEGO Daredevil wows the crowd with his breathtaking stunts and doesn’t get even the slightest bit nervous! He flies through the air on his stunt motorbike, manoeuvers through flaming hoops and swims through minifigure eating shark tanks, then goes home happily to put his feet up and watch some telly. But bizarrely, everyday life seems to be more challenging to him than death defying stunts; ask him to get the groceries or figure out which washing machine cycle to use and he just starts to panic!
LEGO Evil Knight thinks being evil makes knightly duties so much more fun! He’s not really in it for the money or power, he’s just happy to dress up in his spiky black suit of armour, grab a sword and shield and start causing chaos!
The LEGO Computer Programmer doesn’t care that he looks like a bit of a cliché geek, he thinks he looks pretty snazzy in his favourite jumper and bow ties are actually pretty cool these days. He’s the master of everything technology related and knows how every kind of computer system works, from the biggest mainframes to the smallest new nano gadget. He’s definitely the guy to call next time you get blue screen death; he’s guaranteed to have it sorted in a flash!
LEGO Hippie is a chilled out and happy minifigure, spending his days roaming around and spreading the message of peace and LEGO harmony. He dislikes being bound by rules and conformity, preferring to find his inner soul by following the ‘Free Building’ movement; taking random LEGO bricks and building whatever his imagination inspires him to make.
With his golden crown of shells, enchanted trident and flowing white beard, LEGO Ocean King is the ruler of all the oceans. He is in control of every wave and tide, so it’s best not to anger him in any way! He is often partial to a treat from dry land, so if you are planning a voyage of any kind, a bag of cookies left on the shore will more often than not result in calm waters for your trip!
The LEGO Grandma Visitor often wishes that her dear old gran lived somewhere a bit more accessible, ideally on a bus route! She loves skipping through the woods to her cottage on a sunny summer’s day, but today she’s feeling a bit nervous about the distant howling noise coming from the bushes..! She’s sure it’s just a big hedgehog and not a hungry wolf, or a scary monster.. but still, maybe she’ll just go home now and visit tomorrow instead – bringing along some friends!
LEGO Rocker girl is a sassy, confident minifigure rock chick and she knows how awesome she looks on stage! With her trademark pink hair and white guitar, she sure knows how to write an anthem and put on an incredible show. All the other minifigures can’t wait to see her at the next show; with flashing lights, lasers and incredible music, it’s the best night out in LEGO City!
Only the strongest and toughest minifigures make it through the recruitment process into the LEGO Galaxy Patrol squadron. Defending the whole galaxy from cosmic evil is no walk in the park, so Galaxy patrol are armed with state of the art tactical computers in their helmets, seriously heavy duty armour, and space blaster guns which they are extensively trained to use when on their missions.
The LEGO Swimming Champion really does live up to her name. She is the fastest and most capable swimmer around; winning every gold medal there is to win! Never one to sit back and just enjoy her success, the Swimming Champion is constantly looking for bigger, more exciting challenges to take on, including iceberg pushing matches and penguin racing in Antarctica!
The LEGO Jungle Boy is starting to wonder whether there might be a better lifestyle out there for him and is thinking about trying out civilisation for a little while.. I mean, sure it’s great fun swinging from vines and playing with tiger cubs, but he just can’t help longing for a comfy bed and something other than bugs to eat occasionally!
The LEGO Tennis Ace baffles and amazes the crowd every time he plays. Whereas all other professional sports minifigures train hard and have carefully honed strategies and techniques, Tennis Ace flings himself wildly at the ball, flailing his racket in all directions.. and more often than not he wins!
Not only a great warrior, the LEGO Viking Woman known throughout the land for her incredible singing voice. At the slightest hint of danger, Viking Woman will grab her sword and shield and round up the other villagers to defend their boundaries against invading enemies. Pirates of the Caribbean have arrived!
Ahoy! It was a very exciting moment to find that Captain Jack Sparrow and his band of Pirates had navigated treacherous seas to sail to the Firestar shores. Amongst the hoard of treasures brought along are the amazing new LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean Sets and Minifigures!
We think that one of the most impressive sets is the LEGO Queen Anne’s Revenge, a magnificent ship home to mutiny and cutlass fights galore as Captain Jack Sparrow attempts to take the ship from Angelica and her zombie crew. What will happen when Blackbeard jumps out from his secret hiding place?
Another brilliant set is The Mill, in which Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Admiral Norrington attempt to hang on the runaway mill wheel whilst fighting for the key to the Dead Man’s Chest.
In the Whitecap Bay Set, Captain Jack Sparrow and his pirate crew are trying to capture a mermaid. The set includes rowing boats a lighthouse, a boathouse with cannon, two mermaids and loads of other parts and minifigures.

The Yeoman Zombie is part of the undead crew on the Queen Anne’s Revenge. Anyone who tries to cross his captain will have to face the Yeoman Zombie first.
The Gunner Zombie is a loyal undead servant to Captain Blackbeard on the Queen Anne’s Revenge.
The Quatermaster Zombie is a highly trusted officer on the Queen Anne’s Revenge, and is in charge of navigating the ship through the treacherous seas.
The Coachman doesn’t know what he’s letting himself in for when he acquires Captain Jack Sparrow as a passenger! He races through the streets of London helping Jack to escape the men of King George.
The King George’s Soldier is entirely focused on tracking down Captain Jack Sparrow as he races after him though the streets of London.
The King George’s Officer is extremely loyal to his king, and leads his army of soldier’s in the chase to capture Captain Jack Sparrow.
Hector Barbossa is a ruthless and cursed Captain who has the Black Pearl in his sights. He will stop at nothing to take what he wants from Captain Jack Sparrow and try and cheat death along the way.
Hector Barbossa Joins in the race to find the Fountain Of Youth to get revenge on Blackbeard, who he blames for the loss of his leg.
The mysterious and magical Mermaid lives in Whitecap Bay, luring sailors into the depths of the sea.
Syrena has the impressive ability to take minifigure form on land, and become a mermaid in water. Captain Jack Sparrow needs to ask for her help in his quest to find the Fountain of Youth.
Elizabeth Swann Turner is the fearless Captain of the Empress and wife of Will Turner, and is renound for her deadly sword and pistol skills.
Philip Swift is a noble and kind missionary minifigure, who has been imprisoned by Blackbeard’s crew to help find the Fountain of Youth.
Scrum is Captain Jack Sparrow’s sidekick aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge. Always on the look out for moneymaking opportunities, he may not hang around for long!
Angelica has con artist skills to rival even Captain Jack Sparrow's, and is on the hunt for Jack in the belief he will lead her to the Fountain of Youth.
The Cook works in the kitchen on the Queen Anne’s Revenge, cooking up a daily serving of slop for the crew.
Joshamee Gibbs is Captain Jack’s oldest friend, the only friend Jack can truly rely on. He is usually found rescuing Jack from a tricky situation or telling crazy stories of their adventures together.

Lego Collectable Minifigures Series 3 & 4
In honour of the brand new LEGO series 4 collectable minifigures currently settling in to their new surroundings here at Firestar Toys, we thought we’d take a look at some of our favourite characteristics of the Lego minifigure series 3 and 4 figures.
Rather than taking your chances with a lucky bag, you can pick your favourites from our complete collection!
Series 4 Collectable LEGO Minifigures:
Armed only with his paintbrush and pallet, the Artist has a tendency to be gripped with the urge to paint at any moment, on whatever is at hand. Walls, trees, rocks, all get covered with his impressive creations, but no one minds as his paintings are so amazing!
If it’s mad and sciency, the Crazy Scientist probably had something to do with it. Mixing potions and conjuring up experiments in his spooky laboratory, the Mad Scientist seems to keep failing at his ‘evil’ intentions and creating rather nice things, much to his annoyance.
Whether it’s mutant chickens or radioactive ooze from somewhere normally not oozing, the Hazmat Guy is who you call. Always a bit worried that his protective suit won’t work, he tends to have a permanent expression of terror, but it never stops him from stepping in and saving the day.
This fierce and wild player was born to play Ice Hockey. Rumour has it that the guard on his helmet is not to protect him, but the other players!
Prepare to be dazzled by the incredible Ice Skater as she glides over the ice, leaping and spinning to the music.
Never one for getting ready in a hurry, the Kimono Girl is always impeccably dressed in her elaborate kimono and traditional make up.
The Lawn Gnome can be found happily peaking out from the garden shrubbery with his little hat and fishing rod. Make sure he has a good view though, or he may scurry off on his little legs when your back is turned.
With his lightning fast sword skills and dashing smile, the Musketeer is always looking for his next opponent to defeat!
Rocking out day and night with his electric guitar turned up to the max, the Punk Rocker lives for music and is always fun to be around, unless you live next door that is!
Whether it’s a knot tying emergency, or some sails that need hoisting, the Sailor is always there to take control. More at home when sailing across the ocean than on dry land, the Sailor lives for fresh sea air and rolling waves.
Captain of the Brick Kickers, the Soccer Player is a fast runner and accurate goal scorer, earning him the respect of his teammates.
It’s almost as if the LEGO City were designed for the Street Skater to practice his breath-taking stunts in. Nothing is too challenging for the Street Skater as he tackles stairs, buildings and even trees in his pursuit of the ultimate stunt.
Always chasing after the tallest waves, the Surfer Girl is happiest when gliding through the water on her surfboard.
Don’t be scared, despite his creepy exterior The Monster just wants to help people out. He may be a little heavy handed at times, causing things to crumble into little plastic bricks, but he’s pretty nifty at rebuilding them.
This monster fighting Viking will jump headfirst into any battle with his axe and shield, yelling an ancient Viking war cry. Even the most fearsome serpents and dragons are no match for the Viking.
The rather fearsome looking Werewolf is actually a bit of a softie. Most of the time he’s just your average LEGO guy, but when a full moon comes around he loves a bit of hole digging and a good game of fetch.
Series 3 Collectable LEGO Minifigures:
The Baseball Player is a professional athlete and has many adoring fans. What’s most important to him though is teamwork and giving the crowd an amazing game to watch.
With his mysterious and ancient powers, the Elf can silently travel through the forest for days on end with no rest, avoiding dragons and trolls. It’s not all serious though, as Elves are friendly folk, and love nothing more than sharing their magical secrets.
For the Fisherman, home is at sea on his little boat, catching giant squid and befriending whales. His camera always seems to run out of battery just at the wrong moment though, so unfortunately no one ever believes his tall tales.
Is it an actual gorilla, or someone wearing a gorilla suit? Or maybe it’s a gorilla wearing a gorilla suit? But that wouldn’t make any sense.. Whoever it is, the Gorilla Suit Guy can’t get enough of bananas and is often found scaling up buildings and hanging out of trees in the park.
‘Aloha!’ The Hula Dancer can’t think of a better way to spend her days on the beach than to get everyone dancing away and playing maracas until the sun sets.
LEGO MummyEver the practical joker, stay on your guard around the Mummy, or you could find yourself bathing in baked beans, or always putting your shoes on the wrong feet. Armed with his ‘hilarious’ curses, the Mummy loves a laugh, but he doesn’t mean any harm, it’s just how he passes the time!
The Pilot has hundreds of stories to tell of his adventures in the air. If you can just get him to land his plane for five minutes he’ll tell you about the time he accidentally discovered a lost civilisation whilst taking a detour, and even about the time he nipped up to Mars in a rocket.
When he was growing up, the Racing Car Driver would race almost anything, tricycles, roller blades, space hoppers.... But now he’s a professional, he gets to realise his dreams and race the fastest cars he can get his hands on!

Great new products from SI-DAN
We’re smiling here at FireStar Toys because a new range of custom accessories have just hit our bustling shelves, this time courtesy of SI-DAN. It’s definitely time to get excited and with lively SWAT, Ninja and Samurai themes, what’s not to like? And did we mention that it’s all fully compatible with LEGO?
The new SI-DAN range has really hit the ground running and is already generating quite a buzz. Obviously this is in no small part thanks to the various helmets which all look brilliant and are visibly really well made. You only have to look at the Ninja and Samurai helmets to know what we mean!
Another stellar piece from this range is the Gas Mask and it sure as hell is cool. We’re struggling to think of a greater accessory we’ve ever seen and the imagination involved in the item is somewhat astounding. We’re expecting this bit of kit to become essential for all avid LEGO collectors, especially for fans of the SWAT theme. Along with the painfully awesome Bulletproof Shields, Smoke Grenades and Battering Rams, this is a real leap forward for custom accessories. 
The massively detailed SI-DAN guns are also definitely worth going nuts for, all available in a black or grey option. There’s a ton of stuff going on with each firearm and we just can’t get enough of them at the moment. They’re proving irresistible to LEGO fans seeking that extra kick and are bound to stamp their mark on your LEGO collection.
HEXBUG Nano
We’ve also recently added brand new Hexbug Nano Bugs to our website. These fabulously quirky little bugs harness the power of micro-robotics and will skitter all over the place. We’re pleased to unveil our new red-hot line of minifigure guns and accessories from an immense new company called Tiny Tactical! Anyone with an eye for detail – these are for you!
There’s a whole host of simply fantastic guns that cannot fail to add a massive dose of realism to your collection. To call Tiny Tactical perfectionists is probably an understatement and the whole range is of an impressively high-quality. Check out some of the pictures below.

We are also selling some really exciting individual gun-parts that will definitely expand and enhance your building opportunities. LEGO Collectable Minifigures - Series 1 & 2
There’s been a spring in our step since we introduced the Lego Minifigures Collectable Series 1, which just haven’t stopped flying off our virtual shelves. Being the nice guys we are here, we’ve made it frighteningly easy to now complete your collection of the 16 unique Lego Minifigures.
Rather than trying your luck of buying your figures from the “mystery” Lego Minifigure packs, you can now have your pick of whatever awesome figures are missing from your set. Each minifigure comes complete with a base plate as well as some of the most fantastic accessories around. .
Series 1 figures
Caveman – This prehistoric Caveman is one of the earliest recorded brick builders. Although not the sharpest of minds, his ability to communicate by grunts alone is pretty unusual, as is his willingness to club anything that moves.
Cheerleader – The Cheerleader’s enthusiasm is simply contagious and will have you cartwheeling around with her in no time at all, all to a soundtrack of, ‘Give me an L…’
Circus Clown – Never missing an opportunity to crack a joke, the Circus Clown will brighten up your day in an instance with those funny faces and endless practical jokes.
Cowboy – ‘Ride ‘em cowboy.’ Always ready for a showdown, the Cowboy is adept at shooting his way out of trouble as he travels from town to town.
Deap Sea Diver – More at home at sea than on land, the Deep Sea Diver has been exploring the deepest depths of the oceans for years. Often encountering rarely sighted fish, his tales of close encounters with sharks are truly chilling.
Demolition Dummy – Able to endure any kind of shock and impact, the Demolition Dummy has a habit of disassembling anything that catches his attention, which is most things.
Forestman – Armed with his dependable bow and arrow, the Forestman can take down targets from the furthest of distances - always a handy skill to have when there’s a damsel in desperate need of rescuing.
Magician – Prone to pulling rabbits out of his hat, the Magician needs only a good audience to amaze, astound and astonish with his repertoire of impossible tricks.
Ninja – Although yet to master the art of remaining hidden in the shadows, the somewhat clumsy Ninja perseveres and remains determined to perfect his back-flip.
Nurse – Whether it’s a case of flu, a broken leg or an accident involving a collapsed tower of bricks, the devoted Nurse will have you patched you up in record time.
Robot – Programmed solely to build, the tough Robot excels at constructing the tallest, most complicated and extraordinary Lego buildings around.
Skater - Living life in the fast lane, the Skater can be found spending his time perfecting his array of breath-taking tricks and trying to impress anyone in sight.
Spaceman – Familiar with all sorts of alien creatures across the galaxy, the Spaceman is equipped with his Electro-Zapp blaster, perfect for defending his space ship from extra-terrestrial attack.
Super Wrestler – Rippling with muscle and keen to provide a spectacle, the Super Wrestler will make light work out of even the fiercest of opponents in the ring.
Tribal Hunter – Not content with his superb archery skills, the Tribal Hunter excels at tracking his often dangerous targets without ever being seen.
Zombie – Far from being the brightest of sparks, the Zombie can usually be found repeatedly bumping into any obstacles in his path with an entirely blank look on his face.
If you’re not content with that, you will certainly be interested in the highly anticipated Lego Minifigures Collectable Series 2 which has just landed. The complete set consists of another 16 achingly cool minifigures which have earned their place in our repertoire of amazing products.
Series 2 figures
Disco Dude – Complete with gigantic afro, Disco Dude’s loving the music and throwing some serious shapes on the dance floor.
Explorer – There are few corners of the globe that the Explorer hasn’t checked out but he’s constantly on the look out for new and exciting adventures.
Karate Master – An expert in the martial arts himself, the Karate Master is always keeping a well trained eye out for new promising talents to pass on his lightning-quick skills to.
Life Guard – As long as the Life Guard is on duty at the beach, people cannot help but feel safe in the waters with her around. With an uncanny ability to sense danger, swimmers can be secure in the knowledge that she is only too quick to respond to trouble.
Mexican Maraca Man – This guy sure knows how to party. The Mexican Maraca Man can guarantee to bring a smile to the faces of revellers with his catchy rhythms and colourful outfit.
Mime Artist – Always on the hunt for victims to make fun of, the Mime Artist never fails to draw cheers from the on looking crowds as he wriggles his hands about in his invisible box like only he can.
Pharaoh – Finding himself on display in a museum one day along way from Ancient Egypt, the mighty Pharaoh loves to inspire his visitors with tales of sphinxes, pyramids and hieroglyphics.
Pop Star – Touring the world in her pink limo, this bubbly Pop star has been dominating the charts like never before. Filling stadiums wherever she goes, she sends the crowd absolutely wild with her wacky dance moves.
Ringmaster – Feeling at home under the spotlight, the Ringmaster delights in putting on the most spectacular shows using all his experience and does a great job making sure his circus runs like clockwork.
Skier – Launching himself into the air like there’s no tomorrow, this chilled Skier may lack grace but he more than makes up for this in his determination to conquer the trickiest of slopes.
Spartan Warrior – A real fighting machine, the Spartan Warrior simply can’t get enough of the action. His battle cry puts fear into all men who here it and spends endless hours pumping iron to keep his body in top shape.
Surfer – Coasting the tallest and most dangerous waves around, the Surfer cuts an uber-relaxed figure on his trusty board as he makes light work out of staying upright in the most challenging conditions.
Traffic Cop – Charged with keeping the city safe, the Traffic Cop never fails to catch those speeding motorists.
Vampire – Residing in his gothic stone fortress, the Vampire is a lot friendlier once you get to know him. Never to be seen without his pet bat, his eagerness to throw a party is legendary.
Weightlifter – Barely ever having to break a sweat, there are few things that the Weightlifter isn’t able to hoist over his head without making it look like he’s lifting a sack of feathers.
Witch – Known to be horribly mischievous, the Witch’s cackle can be heard miles away as she zips through the night on the back of her enchanted broomstick, casting spells that not everyone finds funny.
