We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible. We understand many of the items ordered on our website are purchased as presents and need to arrive by a particular date.  In order to help make sure your order arrives on time we have provided a number of delivery options depending on where in the world you live and the total weight of your order.

UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. There are 4 options for delivery depending on the total weight of your order. 

For orders under 2KG the options are:

  • Royal Mail First Class - delivery times are typically 1-3 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Next Day Delivery - For orders received before 2 pm this service offers a guaranteed next day delivery Monday - Friday

For orders over 2KG the options are:

  • Parcel Force - delivery times are typically 2-4 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Next Day Delivery - For orders received before 2 pm this service offers a guaranteed next day delivery Monday - Friday

 

European Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. There are 3 options for delivery depending on the total weight of your order. 

For orders under 2KG the options are:

  • Royal Mail Air Mail - delivery times are typically 5 - 10 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Express Air Mail with tracking No.  - Faster than standard airmail and traceable. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For orders over 2KG the options are:

  • Parcel Force Euro Priority - delivery times are typicaly 3 - 5 days. This is a traceable service. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

 

Rest of the World Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. There are 3 options for delivery depending on the total weight of your order. 

For orders under 2KG the options are:

  • Royal Mail Air Mail - delivery times are typically 5 - 10 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
