3rd April 2024: FireStar Content Creator Network Submissions

FireStar are looking to partner with creators to help produce awesome content to be shared across the FireStar social media channels. These include epic photos of products, reel formatted content like reviews or stop-motions, and other general awesome content!

In return we'll be looking to pay out in StarPoints or even sending out products to those with plans to feature them. Please ensure all fields below are filled out to the best of your ability.

We anticipate a large amount of submissions, if you do not hear back by 10th May 2024 please take this a failed submission. Fear not though, we'll always be on the look out for more content creators to bring on board in the following months!

24th November 2023: Combine your orders & save on shipping!

We’ve listened to your feedback and are happy to announce a brand-new feature on our website, exclusively for those with a FireStar Toys Customer Account… You can now combine a new order with an existing one and pay no additional shipping costs!

If you have an existing order with the status ‘NEW’, and are logged in to your account, you will see a new option in the ‘Shipping’ dropdown on the basket page; Combine with Existing Order.

If you select Combine with Existing Order from the Shipping dropdown, you will not have to pay any shipping for this additional order! Your additional order will be dispatched alongside your existing order, using the delivery details originally supplied.

To take advantage of this new feature you must;

Have a FireStar Toys Customer Account and be logged in before you Checkout. (Don’t have an account yet? Click here to Create a Customer Account!)
Have an existing order with the status ‘NEW’ associated with your FireStar Toys Customer Account.
Select ‘Combine with Existing Order’ on the basket page.

Check you are signed in to your FireStar Toys Customer Account.
Check you have an existing order with the status ‘NEW’ associated with your FireStar Toys Customer Account.

Remember, the Delivery Details you supplied for your original order will automatically be used for any order you choose to combine with it.

23rd October 2023: FireStar Toys Relaunch Day!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Checkout will open later on today as we work through some technical issues. We appreciate your patience and we'll be adding products all through this afternoon!

We're so excited to be back and available for customers to shop a range of our awesome products! We have a few updates ahead of the grand relaunch:

- Checkout will reopen at 1PM GMT (9AM EST, 6AM PST)

- Restocking 100s of products daily, limited stocks available, buy while stocks last

- Use ‘Back in Stock’ requests to let us know what you want back in stock sooner!

- To welcome you back with a bang, every order placed before midnight on Monday 23rd October will be entered in to a draw to win the full value of the order back in StarPoints!

As part of our commitment to our customers and to quality, the website is opening to new orders earlier than expected. Initially we ask that you allow up to four weeks for your order to be dispatched. This is only a temporary measure, and we expect our dispatch times to return to normal soon.

The Custom Design & Print Team have a bunch of the latest and greatest new custom products coming your way over the coming weeks!

Whilst our product range at launch may be limited, we will continue to expand this on a weekly basis, so be sure to check back regularly for your daily dose of buildable newness!

Exciting news! We're thrilled to share that FireStar Toys will soon be equipped with a state-of-the-art 3D printer, opening up new possibilities for unique and customized parts. Your input is invaluable to us, and we want to ensure that the parts we create are ones you're excited about.

Please take a moment to let us know what kind of 3D-printed parts you would look forward to seeing in our collection. Your preferences will guide our production and help us tailor our offerings to suit your interests.

To express our gratitude for your valuable insights, we're offering an exclusive reward of 100 Star Points (£5) for each completed form. Your opinion matters, and we can't wait to create customized parts that you'll love.

20th September 2023: Back in Stock Requests

We need YOUR help! Vote for the return of your favourite and most desired products from firestartoys.com with ‘BACK IN STOCK’ REQUESTS!

We need your help with what to restock first when we relaunch early November! Across all firestartoys.com product pages, there are ‘Back in Stock’ request fields to enter your email address into. This will help us gather important data on what to focus on when we begin to restock the site. You will receive an email notification when these products go back in stock so you can be one of the first to get your hands on the products you’ve been waiting for!

20th September 2023: Outstanding Orders Update

Since the serious incident which took place at our HQ last week, we've been inundated with your messages of support and well wishes, and quite frankly, have been genuinely touched to hear from so many of you.

We understand that to many of our customers, FireStar Toys is not just 'another company' and you are as much a part of our journey as anyone who works here. Therefore, we wanted to make sure that we took the time to keep you updated with what has happened, and what is coming next.

On the morning of Tuesday 12^th September, our team arrived to find smoke billowing from our HQ building. Our worst nightmare had been realised; A fire. As we watched helplessly from afar, we all felt the weight of what this could mean for FireStar Toys.

So where does that leave us? Well, FireStar Toys is here to stay!

We would like to take a moment to thank the brave Fire & Rescue crews who attended the incident. We're incredibly grateful for your hard work, but more importantly, are pleased that everyone walked away unscathed.

Though the fire was intense and all consuming, we intend to rebuild. We'll be moving into a temporary premises whist our old HQ is given some much-needed attention.

Due to the severity of the fire, we will unfortunately be unable to fulfil any orders that were yet to be dispatched from our HQ. Any customers directly affected by this would have received an email notifying them of their options going forward. Thank you to those of you who have already responded regarding this. Please note, that refunds may take 2-3 weeks to action. Please bear with us as we deal with this unprecedented situation.

It will take some time to rebuild our extensive catalogue of parts and figures back to where it once was. However, we want to make sure we prioritise the products you want most. Therefore, your 'Back In Stock' requests will decide which products return first! Simply visit our website and leave your email address in the 'Back In Stock' request field of your chosen product.

You won't have long to wait before you can get your hands on the latest and greatest in buildable customised awesomeness; The website will re-open to orders from early November!

Finally, we know that among our customers and supporters are incredible creators; Your talent to take your favourite FireStar findings and pose them for the perfect picture is unparalleled! To ensure these artistic individuals get the recognition they deserve, we'll continue to showcase their creativity on our social media accounts.

Once again, we thank you for your support as we work to rebuild FireStar Toys to be bigger and better than before. We can hear you cheering us from the sidelines, and look forward to you being a part of this next awesome chapter.

14th September 2023: Incident Update

As we're sure you are aware, we experienced a serious incident at our HQ on Tuesday 12th September that has caused us to put all orders on hold to ensure the safety of our staff and the integrity of our products.

Thankfully, no one was injured during this event, but it has caused disruption to our operations and unfortunately means that we are currently unable to fulfil orders.

We're incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and any distress this has caused.

Customers with outstanding orders will have recieved an email from us tonight laying out the options we have available. We ask that all those customers check their junk and spam folders if you cannot see our email. If you still have problems, please email [email protected] and our team will reply as soon as they can.

We expect to open the website to new orders from November and look forward to showing you the latest and greatest in buildable customised awesomeness!

We would like to take this moment to thank you for your support; Without our customers FireStar would not be where it is today. We look forward to taking you on the continued journey with us.

12th September 2023: Incident Update

We regret to inform you that an incident has occurred at FireStar HQ, causing disruption to our operations.

During this challenging time, we have temporarily put all orders on hold to ensure the safety of our staff and the integrity of our products. All existing orders will be dealt with once we get a grips of the situation. Rest assured, we are actively working on resolving this issue and will keep you updated on any developments.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get back on track.
