These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FireStar Toys website at www.firestartoys.com (“Website”), including browsing, account creation, purchases, and interactions with content or other users. By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

 

1. Website Access & Use

1.1 Access

  • Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or restrict access at any time without notice.
  • We make no guarantees that the Website will be available at all times, and we are not liable for any interruptions to access.
  • Access may be suspended or restricted for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control.

1.2 Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Website.

Shopping with FireStar Toys Ltd

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from FireStar Toys Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Ordering

1.1 How to Place an Order

  • Orders can only be placed online at www.firestartoys.com
  • When you place an order (“Order”), you are offering to purchase the product for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
  • All new orders are deemed separate and are treated individually.

1.2 Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order and detailing your order information.
  • Receipt of this confirmation does not guarantee that your order can be fulfilled.
  • If the product is available and the order details are correct, the confirmation email is deemed an acceptance of your Order.
  • If a product is unavailable, we will notify you by email.

1.3 Cancellation and Product Availability

  • FireStar Toys Ltd may cancel any sale and not supply products where it is reasonable to do so, including but not limited to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Technical or pricing errors
    • Fraud or suspected misuse
  • We may also change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at our sole discretion.
  • If an order is cancelled by us, any payment made will be refunded in full
  • Cancellation does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

2. Price

2.1 Displayed Prices

  • Product prices are shown on www.firestartoys.com in GBP (£).
  • Prices include VAT for the UK and EU countries.
  • Prices for Non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA) do not include VAT, and customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes. FireStar Toys Ltd cannot advise on these fees; please consult your local customs office.

2.2 Postage and Packaging

  • All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging.
  • The total price at checkout will display shipping charges separately, calculated based on the delivery address.
  • You will be notified of these charges before submitting payment.

2.3 Pricing Accuracy and Errors

  • We make every effort to ensure prices on the website are correct, but errors may occur.
  • If a pricing error is identified in your order, we will contact you using your provided details and give you the option to:
    • Reconfirm your order at the correct price, or
    • Cancel your order for a full refund.
  • If we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

2.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Prices are quoted in UK pounds (£). For purchases made outside the UK, your payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency.
  • Charges and refunds are processed in UK pounds (£), and FireStar Toys Ltd is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations.

2.5 Price Changes

  • FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
  • If a price change affects your order, you will be notified by email.
  • You may either:
    • Cancel your order for a full refund, or
    • Continue with the order at the amended price.

2.6 Statutory Rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. Shipping

3.1 Delivery Locations

FireStar Toys Ltd delivers worldwide.

3.2 United States

Orders shipped to the U.S. use a tracked DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service, meaning all import tariffs and duties are prepaid by FireStar Toys on your behalf.

3.3 European Union (EU) Countries

  • Orders under £110 GBP: VAT is prepaid using the EU IOSS system, and the VAT amount will be shown at checkout, varying by country. We are not responsible for any additional local sales taxes.
  • Orders over £110 GBP: VAT is prepaid via our selected courier companies. Additional local taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.

3.4 Other International Destinations

Delivery outside the UK, USA, and EU may be subject to customs, VAT, or local sales taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. The shipping company should contact you for any charges due. FireStar Toys Ltd cannot advise on these fees and is not responsible for them.

3.5 Special Delivery Requirements

Special delivery orders require a signature. Please ensure the address provided can receive and sign for the package.

3.6 Delivery Times & Responsibilities

  • Orders may take longer than estimated due to circumstances outside our control. Please allow sufficient lead time to prevent loss or disappointment.
  • If products are not delivered within the quoted time, contact us via email, and we will assist in ensuring your order is received as quickly as possible.

3.7 Lost or Missing Orders

  • Investigations for suspected missing or lost orders can begin after 28 days of no movement, and may take up to 14 days to complete.
  • Any missing or lost order must be reported within 6 weeks of the dispatch date. Claims made after this period cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • If an order is marked “delivered” but has not arrived, allow an additional 24 hours for completion. If the parcel still does not arrive, notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

3.8 Statutory Rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Payment

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments can only be made through our website at www.firestartoys.com.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
  • We do not store any credit or debit card information.

4.2 Payment Requirements

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4.3 StarPoints Usage

  • StarPoints may be redeemed against the cost of products, but cannot be used to cover shipping charges, whether as full or partial payment.

4.4 Payment Failures

  • In case of payment failure or suspected fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Availability

5.1 We strive to keep product information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any item will always be in stock.

5.2 Stock and Offers

  • All offers are available while stocks last.
  • If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you promptly.
  • You may cancel your order, and any payment made will be refunded or re-credited to your account.

5.3 Product Requests

  • If you are looking for a product that is not currently listed, you may email us with the details.
  • We will contact our suppliers, and if the product is available, we aim to list it for sale within 21 days.

5.4 No Liability for Unavailability

  • We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the unavailability of products, including disappointment or consequential losses.

Customer Account, StarPoints & Share Codes

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the creation, use, and maintenance of FireStar Toys customer accounts, the FireStar Toys StarPoints loyalty programme, and the FireStar Toys Share Code referral programme (collectively, the “Programmes”). By creating or using a Customer Account, participating in StarPoints, or sharing or redeeming a Share Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

FireStar Toys (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of these Terms or Programmes at any time.

 

1. Customer Accounts

1.1 Eligibility

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating a FireStar Toys Customer Account (“Account”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your Account.

1.2 Account Use

An Account enables you to:

  • View orders and account information
  • Earn and manage StarPoints
  • Access your unique Share Code
  • Participate in promotions and loyalty benefits

To earn StarPoints or use your Share Code, you must be signed in at the time of purchase.

1.3 Account Suspension or Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your Account at any time, with or without notice, including for:

  • Fraud or suspected fraud
  • Misuse of StarPoints or Share Codes
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Creation of duplicate or deceptive accounts
  • Behaviour inconsistent with fair use of the Programmes

Upon deletion of an Account:

  • All StarPoints are forfeited
  • The Share Code is disabled
  • No reimbursement or compensation is provided

2. StarPoints Loyalty Programme

2.1 Participation

All Account holders are automatically enrolled in the FireStar Toys StarPoints loyalty programme (“StarPoints”).

2.2 Earning StarPoints

  • You earn 1 StarPoint per £1 spent on qualifying purchases.
  • You must be signed in to your Account at checkout.
  • StarPoints cannot be added retroactively for orders placed while not signed in.
  • StarPoints are calculated on the order subtotal, excluding shipping, discounts, and voucher and promo codes unless stated otherwise.

2.3 When StarPoints Are Issued

StarPoints are added to your Account after your order has been dispatched.

2.4 StarPoints Multipliers

We may offer increased StarPoints earning rates (“multipliers”) for:

  • Specific products
  • Categories or Tags
  • Promotions
  • Sitewide events

During these periods, StarPoints accrue at the stated multiplier rate.

2.5 Returns and Adjustments

If you return an order (full or partial):

  • The corresponding StarPoints are removed from your Account
  • Your Account may show a negative balance if insufficient StarPoints are available to deduct

2.6 StarPoints Restrictions

StarPoints:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, or transferred between Accounts
  • May only be redeemed as permitted by FireStar Toys

3. Share Code Referral Programme

3.1 Share Code Overview

Each Account includes a unique Share Code (“Share Code”). You may share your Share Code with friends, family, followers, and your online community.

3.2 Benefits of Using Share Codes

When someone uses your Share Code:

  • They receive 10% off their order
  • You receive StarPoints based on their order value (1 StarPoint per £1 spent) once that order has been dispatched

3.3 Permitted Use

You may share your Share Code:

  • Personally
  • On your own social media accounts
  • In direct communication with your audience
  • In any context that accurately reflects the offer

3.4 Prohibited Use

Share Codes may not be:

  • Posted on coupon, voucher, or discount code websites
  • Shared in paid advertising without written permission
  • Used fraudulently (including self-referral via multiple accounts)
  • Misrepresented in value or offer
  • Used in any misleading or deceptive manner (such as misrepresenting the discount value or percentage)

Violations may result in:

  • Removal of StarPoints
  • Suspension or termination of Share Code privileges
  • Deletion of the Customer Account

4. Programme Modifications

We may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate any part of the Programmes at any time, including:

  • StarPoints earning rates
  • Redemption options
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Share Code benefits
  • Applicable promotions or multipliers

Continued use of your Account after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

FireStar Toys is not liable for:

  • Loss of StarPoints or Share Code benefits
  • Suspension or deletion of your Account
  • Errors or delays in StarPoints issuance
  • Unauthorised access to your Account
  • Misuse of your Share Code by third parties

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By creating and using an Account, you consent to such processing.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or Programme participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Promotions

1. UK Free Shipping

From time to time, FireStar Toys Ltd may offer free UK shipping on orders over a specified value.
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply:

  • The threshold applies to the final order value, excluding shipping charges and after all discounts, promotional codes, or special offers have been applied.
  • Free shipping applies only to the qualifying order total at checkout and must be selected by the customer during the checkout process.
  • The free shipping method provided under this promotion is typically Royal Mail Tracked 48, but FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to substitute an equivalent service at its discretion.
  • This promotion is valid only for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • The free shipping threshold is subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
  • FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotional offer at any time.

Use of the UK Free Shipping promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. StarPoints Multiplier

From time to time, FireStar Toys Ltd may run StarPoints Multiplier promotions (for example, Double or Triple StarPoints events).
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply:

  • StarPoints can only be earned by customers who have a registered FireStar Toys account and are logged into their account at the time of purchase. Orders placed without being logged in are not eligible for StarPoints or multiplier benefits. StarPoints cannot be added retroactively for orders placed without being logged in.
  • StarPoints Multiplier promotions apply only to eligible purchases made during the advertised promotional period.
  • StarPoints (including multiplied StarPoints) are earned only on the value of qualifying products, excluding shipping costs, discounts, and promo-code reductions.
  • The multiplier is applied to the base StarPoints earned on qualifying products only. Some items, bundles, gift cards, customised products, or sale items may be excluded at FireStar Toys Ltd’s discretion.
  • The number of points earned will be displayed in the customer’s account once the order has been successfully processed and dispatched.
  • StarPoints have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • If an order is cancelled or refunded (in full or in part), FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to reverse or adjust any promotional StarPoints earned from that order.
  • Multiplier events cannot be combined with any other StarPoints-related offers unless explicitly stated.
  • FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any StarPoints Multiplier promotion at any time and without prior notice.

Use of a StarPoints Multiplier promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2.1 Black Friday 2025 3X StarPoints Event (expired)

These terms are in addition to those stated above in the StarPoints Multiplier section of this page.

  • The Black Friday 2025 3X StarPoints Event runs from Wednesday 26th November 2025, 12:00am GMT until Monday 1st December 2025, 11:59pm GMT.
  • During this event, 3 StarPoints will be awarded for every 1 StarPoint earned on qualifying products.
  • FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Gift With Purchase

From time to time, FireStar Toys Ltd may run Gift With Purchase promotions (“GWP Promotions”), where a complimentary gift is provided when certain conditions are met.
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply:

  • Eligibility: GWP Promotions are available only to customers who meet the specified purchase criteria stated at the time of the promotion. Eligibility may depend on product, category, order value, or other conditions defined by FireStar Toys Ltd.
  • Account Requirement: Some GWP Promotions may require customers to have a registered FireStar Toys account and be logged in at the time of purchase.
  • One Gift Per Eligible Order: Unless otherwise specified, only one gift per eligible order will be provided. GWP Promotions cannot be combined with other gift-based promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Whilst Stocks Last: Gifts are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. FireStar Toys Ltd cannot guarantee that a gift will be available if stocks run out.
  • Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable: Gifts are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted unless explicitly offered by FireStar Toys Ltd.
  • Returns and Cancellations: If the order containing a gift is cancelled, returned in full, or partially returned, FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from any refund or request that the gift is returned.
  • Modification or Withdrawal: FireStar Toys Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Gift With Purchase promotion at any time and without prior notice.

Use of a Gift With Purchase promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Product Safety

  • WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - Due to their size, some of the products sold on this website could represent a choking hazard to small children.
    None of the products sold on this website should be given to children under 36 months and they are unsuitable for children under 12 years.
  • FireStar Toys Ltd does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product, nor the right to copy them.
