Trade Account Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline how our Trade Accounts operate and the requirements for maintaining your trade privileges. By holding a Trade Account with us, you agree to the following terms.

FireStar Toys (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of these Terms or Programmes at any time.

These Trade Account Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our standard Terms & Conditions of Service, which apply to all purchases and interactions with FireStar Toys.

1. Minimum Order Value & Quantity

To qualify for Trade Pricing;

  • Each order must meet a minimum spend of £500 (excluding shipping).
  • Each product in a single order must have a minimum purchased quantity of five (5).

Orders which do not meet these minimum requirements will not qualify for trade pricing or discounts.

 

2. Trade Pricing & Discounts

  • Your Trade Price and applicable Discount Percentage for each qualifying product are visible on the product pages when you are logged in to your Trade Account.
  • Your Trade Discount applies only to items under the FireStar Toys and MiniFigures.com brands.
  • Products from other brands or partners are not included in the Trade Program unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Discount Exclusions

Whilst your Trade Account includes a set discount percentage, please note:

  • Certain items may be excluded or carry a reduced discount.
  • Examples include (but are not limited to) Pad-printed figures, limited editions, and special collaborations.
  • Any such exclusions will be clearly indicated where possible on the product page.

 

4. Account Activity Requirements

To maintain an active Trade Account, you must place at least two (2) qualifying orders per calendar year.

  • Accounts that do not meet this activity level may be deactivated without prior notice.
  • Inactive accounts can be reviewed or reinstated at the discretion of FireStar Toys.

 

5. Account Access

You must be logged in to your Trade Account to view and receive your Trade Pricing and discounts. Orders placed while logged out or through a standard customer account will not automatically receive trade pricing adjustments.

 

6. Changes to the Trade Program

FireStar Toys reserve the right to amend, modify, or withdraw any aspect of the Trade Account program — including eligibility criteria, minimum order values, discount rates, and exclusions — at any time and without prior notice.

 

7. General Terms

  • Trade pricing cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Trade Accounts are issued to verified businesses or resellers and are non-transferable.
  • By maintaining a Trade Account, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
