📸 FST Halloween Spooktacular 2026 Photogeist Capture Contest
30 Days. One Haunting Masterpiece. One Very Particular Baron. 👻
At precisely midnight, as the last candle guttered in the eastern wing of the Firestar estate, a most peculiar transmission emerged from the ancient gramophone room; Baron Brickworth von Firestar had arrived.
The eccentric recluse, rarely seen beyond the velvet curtains of his sprawling ancestral manor, adjusted his monocle, straightened his impeccably tailored smoking jacket and addressed the world with the gravitas of a man who had never once encountered a queue.
“Ladies, gentlemen, assorted creatures of the night and those unfortunate enough to be reading this from their mobile telephone…”
The Baron paused to sip something suspiciously expensive.
“I have, after considerable deliberation, and following what I can only describe as an unreasonably lavish supper, decided to bestow upon you a most extraordinary opportunity.”
Thus began the FST Halloween Spooktacular 2026 Photogeist Capture Contest!
For the next 30 days, those possessing sufficient fortitude, imagination and, preferably, a rather decent camera are invited to venture into the darkness and capture a most haunting spectacle.
Your task is quite simple, although the Baron insists that “simplicity is merely complexity for people with fewer servants.”
Create a Halloween-themed photograph featuring any FireStar Toys custom printed figure, part or accessory, and release your creation into the wilds of social media using the sacred sigil: #FSTphotogeist
Your photograph might depict a haunted manor, a ghastly gathering, a supernatural scandal, an unfortunate encounter with the undead, or simply something so magnificently peculiar that even the Baron himself would raise an eyebrow.
And what, you may ask, awaits those brave enough to participate?
After 30 days, Baron Brickworth von Firestar shall personally retreat to his private portrait gallery, where - surrounded by ancient paintings, several hundred candles and at least one completely unnecessary suit of armour - he shall select his favourite submission.
The creator of this magnificent work shall receive generous compensation for their bravery and originality. Quite how generous, the Baron has declined to say.
“One should never discuss vulgar matters such as StarPoints before the dessert course,” he explained.
So, gather your courage. Summon your creativity. Dust off your camera. And whatever you do...
Do not disappoint the Baron.
He has very expensive taste and considerably too much time on his hands.
